We get that you're busy so each evening you'll receive a short carefully curated session (around 30 mins long) so that you can grab some moments of me-time to recharge. We'll also start the days of the weekend with some movement to really get your energy pumping.
We'll start on the evening of 16th June and you'll have a bonus live session with Victoria on Wednesday 18th June (oh and look out for the secret selebration session on Sunday too).
This event is free and gives you access to all the sessions until the end of July.

We start on 16th June at 6pm.
Each day at 6pm you will get access to the day's session.
Wednesday 18th June will be slightly different - at 7pm will be a live zoom session where you'll also have the opportunity to chat to other participants.
On Saturday and Sunday you will also get an 8am movement session so you can kick start your day with energy! And another session at midday.
Each session is around 30 mins but do allow up to an hour as you may wish to pause to reflect on what you've learned.
You will have access to the recordings from this time so if you can't make it on time, you can relax and join the session at a time that suits you.
