We are scared because we hear in the tabloid press that HRT comes with an increased risk of many illnesses such breast cancer and dementia.
And yet there is so much confusion and misinformation about that we just don’t know what to expect or where to start.
It needn’t be like that.

You are never too young to learn about menopause and the changes we can expect as we get older.
Developing a routine of self-care (including diet and lifestyle) can often be enough to transition into menopause naturally and symptom free.
Especially if we start self-care before we get symptoms.
