What can you expect on the day

Self-care is essential, especially during this life-changing period and the Natural Menopause Retreat is your time to focus on yourself and is designed to relax and uplift your body, mind and soul.

There will be a range of activities:

  • Guided meditation and relaxation exercises so you can connect with and deeply relax your body
  • Find "YOU" again by creatively exploring your dreams and desires for a meaningful future
  • Focused teaching sessions with practical help so that you can feel in control to make tiny changes to help you have a happy menopause, naturally.
  • A light vegetarian lunch will sustain you throughout the day.

What to wear and bring

There is no particular dress code but you may want to dress in loose comfortable clothing and bring along anything that will make you feel comfortable - for example a favourite blanket or pillow.
You may want to write or take notes so a journal or note book and pen would be useful.

Come on your own, or with friends to a safe, nurturing space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Your Course Leader

Victoria Wright Phd, Founder of The Living Herb, is a scientist, qualified medical herbalist and health coach. 

She has a passion for scientific research and helping people, and has developed a technique called Compassionate Coaching, which combines more than 20 years of meditation experience with cognitive and motivational coaching techniques and contemplative psychology.
