While there is some pre-recorded material, you’ll also receive in-person coaching sessions and membership to a closed Facebook group where you can share thoughts and receive support and accountability – all proven to help achieve meaningful change.

Victoria Wright Phd, Founder of The Living Herb, is a scientist, qualified medical herbalist and health coach.
She has a passion for scientific research and helping people, and has developed a technique called Compassionate Coaching, which combines more than 20 years of meditation experience with cognitive and motivational coaching techniques and contemplative psychology.
