We start on Thursday 30th January at 7pm will our opening live zoom call. This is your chance to ask any questions you might have and get some advice on to get the best out of your detox
On Friday 21st January you'll receive an introductory email which in will give you access to the everything you need to know to start the detox. This will allow you to prepare over the weekend. For those with VIP access you'll also receive your detox menu and recipe guide so you can shop over the weekend.
Monday 3rd February - we start our detox! (yes I'll be doing it with you). You will receive daily content with videos, worksheets, and tips and challenges on how to detox, not just the for the week but in a sustainable way. If you can't start the detox menu on this date, fear not, the exact timing is open to you.
Our live zoom coaching calls will be on Monday 3rd and Thursday 6th February, both 7pm. These are your chance to ask questions, get support and voice any challenges.
FInally, you can book your 121 coaching session with me, Victoria at any point though I do recommend scheduling it for the following we so we can discuss how you can bring these lessons into your life longer term.
I have more than 10 years experience as a consultant medical herbalist and functional medicine doctor. I have a rigorous and scientific approach to helping people understand their own health issues. My extensive training includes a BSc in Herbal Medicine, Diploma in Nutrition and IFM Certification during which I learned primary medical diagnosis, pharmacology, nutrition and herbal medicine.
I am also a trained health coach and have developed a technique called compassionate coaching which brings together my training in contemplative psychology and my 20 years of meditation experience with cognitive and motivational coaching techniques. I'm also a big science geek so keep up to date with the latest scientific research.
